What types of adventures do you offer?

We offer 7 large adventure spaces, including the Barn 1, Barn 2, Butterfly, Forest, Meadow, Daisy and Acorn room(s), all of which feature nature-themed décor and are filled with plenty of fun and enriching activities for your bunny to enjoy. Each space is an entire room, so your bunny will have lots of space to run, jump, play, stretch and binky.

We even offer a safe, secure and fully double meshed outdoor Adventure Barn for some real-life outside adventures on the grass. This grass is natural, untreated and safe for your bunny to consume - this is a great opportunity to keep their stay interesting and their minds enriched and engaged. We also water drench our outdoor grass after each use to safely sanitise.

What amenities are available at bunnybnb Adventures?

We are proud to offer a premium service, with our 7 adventure spaces kitted out with a carefully curated selection of beddings, toys, treats and litter trays, as well central heating and cooling for comfort in all seasons, and a digital hydrometer for accurate temperature checks. Your bunny’s space is safe and secure and all windows are fitted with fly screen, but for extra safety during the summer months, we also install the chemical-free Brilliant "Nosquito Trapper" to catch and prevent any stray mozzies.

Is there a minimum or maximum stay requirement?

There is a minimum 3 day stay requirement. Please note you can adventure for 1-2 days, however the minimum charge is for a 3 day stay to account for adventure room clean-up costs.

What measures do you take to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the bunnies in your care?

bunnybnb Adventures co-founders, Amanda and Erik, both have over a decade of experience as loving bunny parents, and are well-versed in what to look out for if your bunny becomes unwell. Your bunny’s health and wellbeing is of utmost importance, so Amanda and Erik have two top veterinary clinics on standby, including Sydney Exotics Rabbit Vet (SERV) in Artarmon and SASH at North Ryde, as well as Veticare Exotics mobile vet, where they have access to Sydney’s most experienced exotics vets. We will also ask for your own vet’s details, as well as emergency contacts, should we be unable to reach you during a medical emergency.

Can I bring my bunny's favorite toys or bedding?

Of course! We encourage you to bring your bunny’s favourite bedding, chew toys and dry snacks, to help make them feel more at home. However, we do offer lots of comfortable bedding, fun toys and delicious treats for your bunny to enjoy during their adventure stay.

What should I pack for my bunny's stay at bunnybnb Adventures?

Similar to above, you are welcome to bring any of your bunny’s favourite bedding and food items. If your bunny takes medication, we ask that you bring it along with detailed instructions on how and when to administer.

Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

We typically do not offer discounts. For first adventures or adventures beyond 1 month please connect with us.

Online Product Orders

Do you ship all over Australia?

Yes, we use Australia Post, and ship to their entire network throughout Australia.

What is the cost of shipping?

Regular post is a flat fee of $20 AUD. We also offer free standard shipping for orders over $100, and free Express shipping for all orders over $150.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Regular parcels will generally arrive in 3-7 business days Australia-wide, whilst Express post takes 1-3 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Please note and account for 1-3 days packing before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Please email hello@bunnybnbadventures.com.au to confirm whether we can ship to your international location and for international shipping prices.

Do you refund food products, including hay and treats?

We happily offer refunds for unopened products. For opened products, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis, including if there has been an issue with the quality of the product.

Do you refund bedding?

We will happily offer refunds on unused bedding and bedding where this is a quality control issue or fault.

Do you refund the ergonomic litter trays?

We will happily offer refunds on unused ergonomic litter trays, or where this is a quality control issue or fault.

Do you offer credit notes?

We can offer either a full refund or credit note.
